Ingredients

  • 1 Cup broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ Cup pine nuts
  • 3 garlic greens, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup snow peas

Directions

Break broccoli into florets and thinly slice stems. Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender but slightly undercooked. Drain. Heat oil in frying pan and stir fry garlic greens and pine nuts. Remove and stir fry snow peas for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, garlic, and pine nuts and mix. Serve hot.
