Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 pita bread loaves, cut into 6 triangles and split in half

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine oil, paprika, and salt in the bottom of a large mixing bowl.

3. Add pita and toss to coat.

4. Lay coated pita on baking sheet.

5. Bake until pita is crisp and slightly toasted, tossing once, about 8 - 12 minutes.

6. Cool to the touch and serve with hummus
