Ingredients

  • ½ Cup soy milk
  • ½ Cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 TSP onion powder
  • 1 TSP garlic powder
  • 2-3 TBS red wine vinegar
  • 1 TBS fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor.

If using as a veggie dip, omit the red wine vinegar.
